Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was received. If it has been more than 30 days since you received your journals, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your journal(s) must be unused (not written in whatsoever) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and inform you if the refund has been approved or denied.
The only reason it would be denied is if the items returned have any damage, the journals are written in, or the original packaging is not intact.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and refunded automatically to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note refunds typically take 5-10 business days depending on the payment method used. Debit cards typically take 7-10 days and credit cards 3-5 days on average.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive an email instructions of where to send your return as well as the option to pay your own shipping fees or receive a return label.
If you choose to ship it back yourself you are responsible for your own shipping costs.
If you choose to receive a return label from J.O.T. Journals $5 will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once the shipment is with the shipping service we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please consider a trackable packaging service if you choose to ship it back yourself. If you ship with JOT tracking is included.
